I want to extend my deepest gratitude to each of the 24,259 people who voted for me in this election. Your support humbles me and renews my commitment to the vision we share for a stronger, more inclusive community. Every single one of you has made a powerful statement, and I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved together.

Though we came up short, let us remember that our setback was not against an individual but against a deeply entrenched party machine. This was a contest where many people cast their votes along party lines without fully knowing the candidate they chose. But you saw beyond the lines, choosing to support someone who stands for real change, integrity, and a brighter future for our district.

I may not have won this time, but know this: we will be back. Our movement is not over, and I am as determined as ever to keep fighting for the issues that matter most to our community. Together, we will continue working toward a future where every voice is heard, and every person has a seat at the table.
